This Corporate Social Responsibility company policy sets out AMDS Consultants Ltd.’s approach to our corporate and social responsibility in the context of our organisation’s leadership, management and operations.
Policy brief & purpose
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our environment. Our company does not exist in isolation, it is part of a larger ecosystem of people, values other organizations and nature. The social responsibility of any enterprise is to operate in a way that does not compromise, wherever possible, the health and well-being of the wider population at local, national and international levels.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy outlines our efforts to operate with these fundamental principles in mind.
Scope
This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners where the necessary structures and agreements are established and agreed between the individual parties.

We intend to be a responsible business that meets the highest possible standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is to consider how our company’s corporate responsibility initiatives can help communities, protect our natural environment and, where practical, promote human rights

Examples of Corporate Social Responsibility
Protecting the environment
Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when reducing and disposing of waste or using chemical substances. Stewardship will also play an important role.
Protecting people
We’ll ensure that we:
- Don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community.
- Avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people.
- Support diversity and inclusion.
Human rights
Our company is committed to protecting human rights. We are an equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labour practices. We will ensure, wherever possible, that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country (e.g., forced labour).
